The Progress Collection
This collection was designed and produced for The Progress restaurant in San Francisco in collaboration with
Stuart Brioza, owner and chef, and 2015 James Beard Award winner for Best Chef: West.
The large 15.5" serving platters make quite a statement with or without food. Each one is slightly different, enhanced by a thick raw clay edging and hand textured and glazed back. Dishwasher safe. Glazes may vary slightly. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
